We purchase residential properties in Stone Town for a UK family office. Properties are rebuilt from the foundations up, and managed as let apartments, with the rental yield being received by our investors.

We also work with large local property owners to renovate and decorate their buildings to international standards and let them on one year leases to in-country business staff. Standard facilities include fibre optic internet, maid, and driver.

Beach Residences

Beach plots must be purchased from a local on a 33 year lease. We use a senior local lawyer, and work correctly in advance with neighbours, the Land Ministry, and local government officers to ensure the purchase is trouble free.
