Government Contracts and Memorandums of Understanding

We work with Companies and Investors to manage their ongoing business and relationships in Zanzibar.

Any large project on the Island, or bid for an existing government contract, requires liaison with the President's Office. The Investor's credentials and project proposal must be presented in a factual, concise, and interesting write up. We see a surprising number of pro-forma proposals which do not cover the relevant information. We work with Companies and Investors to create these proposals and set up meetings with the correct authorities.

ZIPA Zanzibar Investment Promotion Authority

Foreign business, sovereigns, and quasi-sovereigns looking to invest in Zanzibar, usually require a letter confirming they are welcome to invest on the outlined parameters, for their own Investment Committee to due diligence the proposal. 

We work with Investors to present their credentials and proposed project to ZIPA, and seek a letter confirming that their investment is welcome.
